VINTAGE ~ REMINGTON ~ R6583 BONE ~ SLEEVEBOARD ~ PEN ~ c.1919 - c.1940 ~ This REMINGTON SLEEVEBOARD pen knife has nickel bolsters, a nickel shield and a brass lining. The handles of this old folding knife are made of a green bone and are in nice condition with one tiny pin crack by the bottom pin on the front handle. The REMINGTON SLEEVEBOARD pocket knife has one spear blade and one pen blade. The blades are in nice condition with some pitting, scratches and blade loss. The main spear blade is faintly stamped REMINGTON over UMC in a circle pattern and MADE IN USA on the outside of the circle on the front and clearly stamped R6583 on the rear. The small pen blade is stamped REMINGTON over UMC inside a circle pattern. Both blade still have a good snap.
