REQ Milk Bottle Chardavoyne Orange Co Milk Co Goshen NY Alderney And Jersey Cattle H.S. Chardavoyne VERY RAREHere is a nice tall round embossed quart milk bottle from the Orange County Milk Company Farm that once was operated by Mr. H. S. Chardavoyne and his family and located in historic Goshen NY New York. The front says, "Trade Mark Registered Orange County Milk Company Alderney And Jersey Cattle". Back says, "Success To Pure Milk Property Of H.S. Chardavoyne". This authentic milk bottle is very old and probably was originally a tin top bottle and is in excellent condition with no cracks, dings, chips or casewear. There is some minor cloudiness inside the bottle that could be professionally cleaned out. A nice addition for the collector of Goshen NY New York or Orange Co. County NY milk bottles. I have been told that this is a very hard to find milk bottle from Goshen NY New York and Orange Co. New York. Orange Co. was the beginning of the milk bottle history as milk was bottles in Orange Co. and delivered to New York City. A must have bottle for the serious collector of Orange County NY milk bottles. Front has a picture of a wheat stem coming off the A of Alderney and a picture of a cow's head inside the C of Cattle.
