This is a nicely restored General Electric model A-64 tombstone style radio from 1935. It has 4 knobs - power, volume, tone and band. Receives broadcast and one short wave band. Reception is good with just a short wire. The cabinet has been excellently refinished with no blemishes. Original knobs, grille clothe and dial cover. Electronically restored as well, with good tubes, re-wiring and re-cap. I believe the speaker is not original, but a replacement. I prefer to ship cabinet and chassis seperately and double-boxed, to avoid damage. I will provide easy re-assembly instructions. I strongly recommend insurance - but that's your call as well. The set weighs 21.5 pounds and measures 20" high, 13 inches wide and 9 inches deep. For shipping estimate, add 5 pounds box and packing for either chassis or cabinet. For personal check payment, we will ship 7 days after receipt.
