RETIRED Mackenzie Childs Sugar Dish with Lid This retired, beautiful piece is perfect for any Mackenzie Childs collector. Measures 7 inches tall x 4.5 inches wide The color is a blue/gray washed glazed ceramic body with raw clay handles. It features a yellow and dark blue diagonal decal, polka dots on its base, and gold embellishment. It has a gold washed glaze inside. The lid is topped with a light pink-colored glass knob and brass hardware in true Mackenzie Childs signature style. Most older Mackenzie Childs lids do not have the glass knob making this piece unique. There are some white spots on the clay handles. Since all Mackenzie-Childs pieces are hand painted, and have a slightly less than perfect look, no two pieces are alike. It is free of any cracks or chips. The bottom is stamped 1998 DM and is no longer in production. There is a stamped “x” on the bottom. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions before you bid on this beautiful piece.
