Retro 60's Cornwall Automatic Plastic Coffee Percolator

Up for bid is a green plastic automatic coffee or tea 4 cup percolator made by Cornwall. It is their Model 2134, which I believe was made in the 1960's or early 70's based on the photos of people on the box. The percolator makes 4 cups of coffee quickly or boils water for tea or soup, which would have made it a good travel companion years ago before motels/hotels started placing coffee pots in the rooms. It is also promoted as being great for the office or at home for one or two. The percolator measures 7 inches high without the lid, and comes with the plug, metal basket and manual. The item is in mint condition and looks like it was never used. The box is also in very good condition with only minor age staining on the flap. It still has the original price sticker on it for $7.28. Personally, I think the box is as valuable as the percolator, as it has photos of 60's people on all four sides. It would make a great addition to your 1960's kitchen or melamine collection. Please understand that many of the items I sell are purchased at estate sales and auctions.
