MID-CENTURY EAMES ERA TALL TABLE LAMP UNIQUE ~ FUN ~ SIXTIES! EXCELLENT CONDITION! This is a fabulous old 60s lamp. It has 2 hard spun fiberglass or lucite globes. The globes are fabulous - they are made of ribbons of orange/gold over varying sized wide strips of red, blue, green and clear - all molded into the shape of a flying saucer. The tops of the saucers are open. Each measures about 12 1/2" in diameter and about 6" from the attach point to the top. The lightbulb screws in from the top. They are very hard to describe - and to capture in photos - I've included several photos to try to show you the texture, the color and the various ways they pick up light. The pole of the lamp is a metal covered in a woodgrain vinyl. Extending from the pole are the two brass tone metal arms that hold the globes. The arms are mounted to the pole with a decorative brass tone bracket. Mounted to each of the 2 arms is a piece of walnut or teak measuring 3" wide and 14" long. The wood is mounted with a decorative brass tone bracket. A twist type switch operates the lamp; you can have one, two or both on at one time. This is a really unique old lamp and totally 60s! The lamp is near perfect! The globes are in excellent condition - no cracks or chips - the brass tone arms have only very surface marks. The wood tone and metal base is near mint. Each light takes a standard size light bulb. Overall the lamp measures about 24" tall and about 24" wide. The base is about 8" in diameter. The lamp works fine with it's original cord which is in excellent condition. I have included a lot of photos so that you can see the lamp very well. SOLD AS IS!
