An Uncle Waddles Auction Twenty One years antiques & collectibles A Lifetime of Integrity eBay Power Seller This is a Rare Original Cherner Plycraft Armchair Fabulous mid-century retro design ' pretzel ' Danish Modern arm chair. Norman Cherner Plycraft original. Made from molded plywood with ebonized edges on seat, back and 2 edges of each leg. This elegant eames era chair is found in modern museums around the world. It measures approximately 30" high at the top of the back. The back is about 16-1/2" widest. The seat is about 17" high, 17" widest. The arms are about 25-1/2" widest across. Total depth is about 21" This is an excellent surviving example ! No veneer chips. T are a few very minor marks and t The ebonizing shows no wear. This is solid and tight. It has the original label on the seat bottom: ' Plycraft Inc, Quality Workmanship Inspected and Approved, by ____ , July 30, 1963 '. The chair weighs about 12 lbs plus packaging materials. This will be packaged professionally by The UPS Store at actual cost. UPS shipping also at actual cost. The final shipping & packaging cost will be determined by the weight and size of the sealed package. The eBay shipping calculator is to be used for a rough estimate ONLY. I do not charge handling fees. You pay what I pay for shipping and packaging. I would estimate the packaging to be in the $30 - $45 range. I will have a more precise estimate of packaging on Monday, March 26. I will ship outside of the U.S., but please understand that shipping of an oversize package outside of the U.S. must ship via freight, not Postal Service and can range as high as $300 - $600.
