We understand packaging is absolutely vital. We hire in house furniture shippers and professionally package all items in new material. This is included in the flat rate shipping fee via Fed-ex Ground as stated in the auction. If you choose to use another shipper, there will be a $35 per item packaging fee. We store items for free 14 days after the auctions ends. After 14 days, there will be a $25 PER item PER week fee, so please schedule your shipper ASAP. When shipping Fed-Ex Ground, most items will take 7-10 days to ship from date of payment. We DO accept returns, however, NO shipping will be refunded.
