Feedback is left in mass, about once per month or so only for those that have left feedback for us. Please don't email us and ask us to leave you feedback. If you left us feedback, rest assured you will receive feedback in kind, although delayed. RETURN POLICY: Your purchase of the above item comes with a 30-day warranty from date of purchase. If the item you purchase arrives DOA, stops functioning properly within the warranty period, or is significantly different then the one described, you can contact us with your intention to return it within 30 days of receiving it. After we receive the item we will either repair it and ship it back to you (at our cost), send you another of the same model/condition (at our cost), or refund your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax at our discretion. We do not refund the original shipping or pay for your shipping it back to us. We will pay for shipping your replacement or repaired unit back to you if a refund is not issued. If you wish to return your item for any reason other then the ones stated above (DOA, broken, not as described), a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees and re-stocking costs. This RMA # must be visible on label of the package for it to be accepted by our returns department, otherwise it will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
