Vintage Retro 1970s Egg Swivel Armchair Description: This is a genuine retro 70s Egg Swivel Armchair, very comfortable to sit on and once fixed, would look great in the corner of a living room or retro office. Condition: Upholstery is in need of a very good clean, but no tears or worn patches - all buttons present. The swivel mechanism needs attention - it swivels fine but wobbles side to side. I've done some further investigation, and it looks like the steel plate that the chair sits on: the metal has split and needs to be welded to fix the metal plate back onto the swivel legs - see the last 3 pics for further details - this would be a 5 min job for any competent welder, maybe you know one!
