This is quite cool and retro! It's the West Bend Aluminum Serving Oven for buns! It is four pieces with a base, lid, inner base and top slotted plate. What you would do with this is add some water to the interior bowl, place the slotted lid on top and your buns on top of that and put the lid on. Then you would put this over a low flame to warm and soften buns! Great for those buns you had yesterday and want to use the leftover ones today! It has a black finial that turns to expose two steam release holes and two handles on the base. On the lid it has a picture of "mom" with plate of fresh buns in a Silhouette with the word Buns underneath. This piece measures approximatly 8" tall and a little over 9.5" across not including the handles. Marked on the bottoms of both the exterior base and the interior bowl base. What a great piece to add to your vintage kitchen collection or to use for your buns and rolls!
