Up for your consideration is this beautiful vintage Reuge Sorrento inlaid locking music jewelry box - the perfect gift for that special someone! The box is hand-crafted elm burl with intricate inlaid hardwoods of a violin, scroll sheet music and flowers - truly spectacular! It is polished to a glossy finish. The interior is lined in a lovely brown velvet. It comes with a gold satin tassel key that works. It contains a precision Reuge 28 note cylinder Swiss movement that plays 2 songs - Menuet-Mozart and Menuet Boccherini. The box was made in Sorrento Italy and is signed by the craftsman (difficult to read) for Sorrento Specialists. Has all original labels on bottom (see photo).

The box is in perfect condition! No scratches, chips or cracks, a couple of light rub marks. It measures approximately 8 1/4" by 5 1/4" and stands 3" tall.

Returns

· Under normal circumstances returns are not accepted unless the item was grossly misrepresented and an agreement has been reached between seller and buyer. Return problems must be addressed within 3 days of receipt of item. Willing to work with reputable buyers.
