WhatI have for sale is a 1/72 scale Flower Class corvette by Revell. This kit is factory sealed with the 6 circular seals intact. I acquired this kit in 2002 and it has been stored ever since in a smoke free dry environment. The kit builds a very detailed example of the escort ship that carried the brunt of the work for the Royal Navy in the early stages of WWII. The kit has over 1000 parts. There are numerous articles on the internet which show the building step by step and numerous examples of what the finished product can look like with care and attention applied to the building. Because of the large volume of the hull providing ample room it someone wished to make a radio control version of this ship. No running hardware of other RC equipment is included in this kit.The Revell kit is a remake of the original kit produced by Matchbox in 1979. The corvette comes with a very detailed instruction manual as well schemes to guide the builder as to painting and camoflogue. You can build it as a Royal Canadian Navy Corvette Snowberry or as the USS Saucy. I would rate the box condition as average as there is some crushing on the sides right side.
