Reverse Painted Handel Lamp

This is an original signed Handel Lamp. A beautiful winter forest scene is depicted on the globe in the "reverse painted" technique which Handel perfected and for which he was famous. The globe is 10" in diameter. The bronze base is cast in a tree trunk style. From top to bottom, the lamp stands 14" high. Doesn't include cap. The opening at the top is a little less than 3" in diameter. The base has a Handel label attached to it.
