REVERSED PAINTED GLASS GENESEE CASH REGISTER LIGHT

This is an auction for a rare find on reversed painted glass Genesee cash register light in a gold metal frame. It was made by the Price Brothers Inc company “The sign of Quality.”

I believe this is from the late 1950’s. It is made with thick glass and metal frame. The colors on the glass are bright and in very good shape (see photo). The base & cord are original to the piece. The base is in excellent shape sporting the original banner decal “Old Fashioned Beer & Ale Goodness” on the Plexiglas. The metal base that would have attached to the cash register is there with the original screw fastener and side sport legs still wearing the correct rubber ends

This is a very nice beer sign. I am selling it to thin down my collection. I'll be posting more beer lights in the up coming weeks some old, some new and some with motion.
