Policy Change In the past we have waited to mail won items until we received payment from the winning bidder. Unfortunately, when we encountered an unexpected surge in business, our old system of keeping track of names and addresses and when payments were made quickly fell apart. Some paid orders sat on our inventory shelves and a couple items were sent to the wrong addresses by mistake. We have been overhauling our system, but for the foreseeable future, any won items will be sent out the Friday after the close of the auction, whether or not they have been paid for at the time. We will be sending the items to the address provided by eBay or Pay Pal, so if you bid and win, please make sure that your information is correct. All of our shipments are now tracked with the USPS delivery conformation, and we would appreciate hearing from the winning bidder within a few days of delivery. This new policy will give the winning bidder an opportunity to receive and inspect the item before tying up any money. If you decide the item is not wanted for any reason, simply return it, if you want it, please pay within a week of receiving it. For this part of our policy to apply, you must have at least a feedback rating of 10 with no negative feedback from sellers. Others are still welcome to bid, but must pay before shipping.
