You are bidding on a new HO scale craftsman kit from Banta Modelworks. Banta Modelworks manufactures quality craftsman kits using a variety of materials such as laser cut basswood, styrene detail parts and Hydrocal plaster castings for masonry buildings. This historic building was once a wild and woolly watering hole located in Ophir Colorado on the Rio Grande Southern w the miners and other town residents met to drink, gamble or perhaps just to relax. Today the building has been renovated and turned into a residence and gift shop. The kit is laser cut basswood and includes a masonry foundation cast in hydrocal plaster. The windows have an adhesive backing to allow glue free application of the glazing. The HO scale footprint is 4" deep by 7" wide. All parts are in plastic bags with detailed instructions and templates included. This is not a shake the box kit so some modeling skills and patience are required.
