âe(tm)s a great set of Rice Silks from the 80âe(tm)s. EFFECT: The performer shows three white silks and explains that he is about to perform a silk trick, but first he must die the silks the proper color. He shows a piece of construction front and back, and roles it up to form a tube. One at a time, the 3 silks are pushed into the tube, and they come out the other end as a red, white, and blue silk (the white silk did not change because the performer forgot to say the magic words). Next, he pushes the 3 silks back into the tube, but he unknowingly drops the blue silk on the floor. He explains that he will change the silks into an American Flag. He removes a flag from the other end of the tube, but the blue field is missing. The audience points out that the blue flag is lon the floor. H e picks up the blue flag and places it into the tube along with the mis-made flag. This time it changes into a real American flag with all the right colors. The paper tube is shown empty. The trick can also be done using a change bag instead of the paper tube. The flags are 16âe by 24âe, and the solid-color silks are 18âe square. Comes with 2 flags (1 regular; 1 mis-made), 1 red silk, 4 white silks, 1 blue silk, die tube, original instructions, and envelops.
