A large silver pewter vase by the German Art Nouveau firm of Riceszinn. The design motif evidences very strongly the influence of Japanese design on the whole of the Art Nouveau style in continental Europe and in Great Britain. The motif is the Iris, one of the great favorites of German designers, as well as British and American ones, as well.The vase measures Fourteen & Three-Quarters [ 14.75 ] inches in height. Or, 37.50 Cms. At its widest point, the vase is a full Twenty-Three [ 23.00 ] inches in circumference. Or. 58.50 Cms. It is in superb condtion. T are no dents or dings.
