This is a beautiful pair of Cuff Links from the Presidency of President Richard M. Nixon . This striking pair of Cobalt Cufflinks , have a 7/8th's inch head. Fashioned out of dark 14 karat gold , the border is made up of a kind of scalloped, rope design. Rising above a beautiful dark blue cobalt background, in high relief, is the marvelous Presidential Seal surrounded by 50 gold stars. When you look at the stars, the seem to " sink in " to the Cobalt creating almost a 3 dimensional effect. The back of each cufflink bears the engraved signature of President Nixon himself. This phenomenal pair of cuff links are new and come in their original Presidential leather presentation box. These were awfully hard to find, and for the ardent collector, these are a " must "!
