RARE Richard & Victoria MACKENZIE CHILDS SET OF (13) 7" BREAD / DESSERT PLATES BUY WITH CONFIDENCE Fast & Insured Shipping Excellent Feedback Family Owned & Operated for over 50 years Item You Are Bidding On RARE Richard & Victoria MACKENZIE CHILDS SET OF (13) 7" BREAD / DESSERT PLATESEach plate has a uniquely different pattern, bright and cheerful!This is a set of 13 7" plates, which are a very rare find. They each have the ORIGINAL Mackenzie Childs Seal impressed into the back. Each seal consists of RVM encircled by a C which stands for Richard & Victoria Mackenzie Childs. I have contacted Mackenzie Chids cooporate office and they have confirmed that this is 100% definitely their seal which was the beginning mark. Such an exciting find! We also have cups, bowls and OVAL plates with the same markings so please be sure to view those also.This pottery is individually hand molded and glazed so there are maker imperfections in each piece and no piece is exactly the same. These are some of the very original Mackenzie Childs made by Richard & Victoria. Many of the pieces are not perfectly shaped, this is normal for this early pottery and even some pottery today - because, again, it is individually hand made and molded. The plates each measure APPROXIMATELY 7"diameter. They are all in great shape. I do not see an damage to any of the plates except a tiny little flea nick to the under edge of one. Of course there are some bubble pops in the glaze in some of the plates, but we do not consider this to be damage, nor should you. Again, a great find for the TRUE Mackenzie Child collector!There is a photo of each of the 13 designs included as well as a photo of the backstamp that you will find impressed into each of the plates.
