Platinum plug. Bar action lock engraved with tiger pursuing a stag with foliate scroll details. Stalking safety. Checkered straight grip stock of well-figured dark walnut. Steel pistolgrip triggerguard engraved with dogs chasing a stag and foliate scroll. Steel buttplate with extended top. Top engraved with running stag and foliate scroll details. Vacant silver rectangle at grip. Stock marked: S. II. (scratched). Shotgun: No visible number. 20 gauge. 28 1/2-inch twist steel barrels marked: Edinburgh in gold. Breech with gold inlays marked: Thomson and with gold bands. Drum mounted nipples. Bar action marked: Thomson. Stepped locks with howling sporting dogs in gold and foliate scroll. Checkered straight grip stock of well-figured contrasting walnut. Steel pistolgrip triggerguard with floral details and vacant gold shield. Steel buttplate with extended top. Pineapple finial.
