This is a rigid Custom knife made in 1985. With the original handmade box and hand sewn canvas sheath. This is a super rare Rigid Bowie knife. I am told that these were handmade and only a very few were ever produced. Overall length of the whole knife is: 14.5". Width of blade is 1.5". Width of hand guard is: 3.75". The stag handle is: 3 5/8" long. The top brass part is appox. 1". Giving the grip part of the handle a full 4.5". The blade reminds me of a Roman Broad Sword. The knife has never been used. Other than a little tarnish on the brass and some handling marks on the outside of the box this knife is as it was on the day it left the knife maker. A knife like this would make Rambo green with envy. I do not see a number listed on the knife.
