RIGID RARE RG-45 VIET NAM COMBAT FIGHTING KNIFE NIB Up for bid consideration is a rare Rigid RG-45 Viet Nam combat fighting knife which is quality made in Japan by fine craftsman. The knife is a close copy to and resembles the famous Randall Model 14 blade design and its made from 1/4" thick Stainless steel with a silver wood or grained micarta handle secured with two large stainless type pins, heavy stainless lugged handguard and stainless birds beak pommel end cap witch is accented with black, silver and red spacers. The knife comes complete with the original black heavy duty leather sheath, this one comes complete with the original box and tissue wrapping paper. One side of the blade is marked "Rigid," and on the obverse is marked RG-45 Stainless Steel, Japan." More than likely, this fine quality knife will increase in monetary value over time due to the limited availability of this superbly crafted knife...No longer made and highly collectable!
