Up for auction is this RILEY WHITING COLUMN & SPLAT SHORT CLOCK CASE in as found condition. This is a fairly rare clock case that took a 42 tooth escape wheel wood clock movement. As you can see from the pictures the dial is starting to flake, but is original. The right chimney and return are absent. The four feet are also absent ( one paw foot also being listed is from this case). Various veneer chips missing and t Partial label (readable) remains. Great project with lots of potential The dimensions are : height 26 inches; width 16 3/4 inches; depth 4 7/8 inches; dial - hands arbor to winding arbor 2 3/4 inches ; between winding arbors 3 1/4 inches; between vertical supports 6 1/2 inches. Shipping by DHL to be determined at the and of the auction to your zip, no calculator available yet. DHL doesn't deliver to a PO Box.
