This Japanese ryoba-noko appears to be 30 or so years old, and has both rip and cross-cut blades. T is a maker's mark near the handle, but we can't read most of it. The only part we are able to read says "Ito", a name. The blade is unusual in that the cross-cut edge is almost on the same plane as the tang, was usually both edges of ryoba-noko are set like the ripping edge on this saw. T are only a few small patches of oxidation on one side of the blade. All of the teeth on the cross-cut edge are fully intact and seem to be in good condition, but on the ripping edge two teeth have broken off at their tips. The kiri-wood handle seems to be in good if quite worn condition, but is a bit dry. Measures about L28" (714mm) overall, with L11 1/2" (292mm) cutting edges.
