Nice old hardback fraternal booklet, over 115 years old; probably from a part of Odd Fellows. Titled" "RITUAL of the HOUSEHOLD of RUTH, G.U.O. of O.F. Containing the Convening, Dismissing, Admission, Installation and Welcoming Ceremonies with General Rules and Regulations." Revised, Written and Prepared by W.C.H Curtis, Worthy Grand Scribe, per order of the Grand Household. Convened at Richmond, Virginia, August 28 & 29, 1887. Hardback in good condition; outside edge has a small amount of water or moisture damage. 32 pages. I have the 1883 edition of this document is also listed for sale on ebay.THE FINE PRINT Successful bidder must contact me within three days of end of auction. No other guarantees or warranty are implied. Buyer pays shipping costs and Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is strongly recommended but not required. A $2.00 packaging fee will be added; if special packing or handling is requested this charge might be increased. I package most items myself and we have a very good safety record with our shipped items. For very large, heavy or unusually shaped items, I may have to take it to the local Mr. Postman Store for packing and the packing fee will be paid by buyer. I ship by US Post Office; Priority Mail for most items and Parcel Post for larger or heavier items. Will try and save you money if possible. I normally ship on Thursdays or Fridays. Please note that books are shipped by Media Mail (old Book Rate) unless buyer specifies otherwise. Ebayâe(tm)s $4.00 shipping limit for books may not be adequate for large heavy volumes or multi-volume sets. Insurance is not required but is recommend for most packages. If not insured, Delivery Confirmation will be included. I will assist in tracking uninsured packages, but our responsibility for delivery ends when the item is accepted by the carrier.
