Attention all you Kansa City Southern Fans out t! I know t must be some of you! is a perfect HO train set for your layout or collection:Rivarossi built passenger cars in HO in various road names and authentic paint schemes.Most of these paint schemes were 2 or 3 or more colors, with correct lettering and striping.This set includes Full Baggage, Railway Post Office, Coach (Pittsburg ), Vista Dome Coach, Sleeper (Lenore Loree), Diner (Mountain Home), Duplex Sleeper, and Observation (Good Cheer). Eight cars in all. This set is the 1930’s streamlined series. All are painted in the Classic Kansas City Southern colors of black body with two-tone red and yellow stripes with silver roofs. This is a very attractive paint scheme.This is a very unusual paint scheme!This is new store stock with boxes included. (Some boxes are marked Rivarossi or AHM and may be shopworn and/or price marked, but the Cars are new.)Made in Italy.Ps For the Long Island Railroad Fans: The LIRR bought some KCS cars in the late ‘sixties and ran them for several years. I believe this was the scheme they ran in the beginning.
