Riva Rossi 'Union Pacific-838' 4-8-4 FEF 3 Model 5428 HO Scale This locomotive has been carefully stored since it was purchased. It was track test when purchased and placed back in its factory box. I have not tested it as I have no track to run it on. I take the work of the owner that it is in new mint condition. Included is the factory maintance booklet along with a parts list. The factory wrap is still in tack and in excellent condition with no rips or tears. The box shows no signs of damage or wear. I can truly call this item pristine to mint. "Prodotto Conforme alle norme de sicurezza - Legge 18.21983 n. ART. 1" is on the end of this box. They make great gifts!! I will make every effort to answer all questions in a timely manner.
