A top quality White Star Line vintage souvenir Solid silver teaspoon.From on board the White Star liner RMS. OCEANIC built 1899. This spoon dating from her year of entry into service.Size approx. 5" long.Solid Sterling silver, hallmarked Chester 1899 made by renowned silversmiths J.M.Banks.Ships name to bowl. Fine twist stem topped with a 'Liverbird', the emblem of Liverpool, the home City of White Star Line.No damage.Excellent original condition.
