This is, what appears to be, an old weathervane, looks like it may have been black at one time. It has all of its original screws and ring washer that sits between the plastic piece and arrow/indicator. I believe it to be complete. However the plastic center piece has recently broke on the one side upper half and has"yellowed" quite a bit due to age and "weathered" by the Arizona sun. The base has an extra piece mounted to it that says ROBBINS, and is likely for a small flag pole, wire or bird perch, possibly some other type of attachment. (see pics) It is not bent, or missing any pieces that I know of. Measures approx 27"h (tall) by 19.75"w (across) span of arrow. I think it is steel but could be another silver toned material, there is NO RUST what-so-ever except on the original flathead screws (included). See photos for a greater visual description.
