I have been a seller on ebay even before ebay was cool (1997 !!), and have a modest, yet strong feedback rating. I strive to offer authentic collectibles at all times, and always work an honest transaction, so BID WITH CONFIDENCE.Buyer pays shipping costs (U.S. postal rates have recently gone up again...sorry!). Items of similar sizes can be shipped together for a very nominal charge to save you money!! Outside of the USA, USPS Priority shipping, non-insured, $15.00. Within the USA, Priority shipping, INSURED, $8.50. Payment for all customers outside of the USA, PAYPAL ONLY. Payment for domestic orders can be made via PAYPAL, but will also accept postal money orders or personal check (if paying by mail, please give these a few extra days to clear the bank before shipment.) NOTE #1: I have listed this item on ebay recently, with many individuals emailing me, looking for answers as to when/w/how these autographs were obtained. As a collector, I can understand your need to have some form of provenance conveyed with this item. Unfortunately, this is something that I cannot provide. I had purchased this item from a close collector friend in Silver Spring, MD (approx. 10 years ago), and he had purchased it from a UACC member, whose business is a jewelry/collectibles store on Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. T is no paper trail (no COA's, etc.), because I had full faith and trust in both of these collectors, and in the item that I had bought. NOTE #2: My position on COA's (abridged): Simply put, I do not issue COA's. To me, they are nothing more than a piece of paper that ANYONE can print-up to verify anything they like. I never purchased autographs because they came with a COA, and I do not issue them. I believe in doing your homework before you make your purchase. To me, it all boils down to having faith and trust in the dealer/seller that you intend to deal with. When I operated a website offering authentic autographs for sale, I was a UACC member in good standing. A few personal health issues have occured over the last several years, which caused me to curtail the avocation that I once fully enjoyed, but, even though I no longer pay dues to the UACC, I still abide by their code of ethics...that's my bottom line. NOTE #3: I have garnered a very respectable feedback rating on ebay, and am not willing to risk any negative comments by intentionally offering bogus materials for sale. I will make the following offer to those of you who are interested in this piece. It's the same policy that I used to offer on my own website; I will offer a refund of the full purchase price (not shipping), if you can provide me with letters from TWO (2) UACC dealers (must be on their letterhead, and signed), as to why each believes that this item is not authentically signed by Robert Kennedy. This offer holds for TWENTY (20) DAYS from the date that I ship the item to you (which will be evidenced by a postal receipt), if you live within the USA or Canada, THIRTY (30) DAYS if you reside anyw else in the world. I don't know how I can be any fairer and even-handed than to make this offer. (You, as a purchaser, also have additional protections afforded you via Paypal, if you choose them as your form of payment.)
