A stunning vibrant plein air painting by Robert Gemmell Hutchinson. Very impresionist and painted circa 1890. Moody and lively -very well captured A super coastal scene with boats and gulls. Housed in its origianl Doig Wheatly Edinburgh frame and with Sotheby provenance.
