You are bidding on a custom made Robert Parrish Survival knife. This knife is in really good, slightly used condition. The blade is 8 inches and has been sharpened and is currently razer sharp. The knife has some small scuffs on blade probably from pulling it in and out of the sheath and the handle has a small scuff near the butt cap. It is not mint but in very good condition and better than most Robert Parrish knives I have seen in the last couple years on ebay (which is only two knives I believe). This knife is a more rare version of the Rober Parrish survival knife with no hole drilled in the butt cap and also has the original and rare plastic custom molded to fit sheath. I was looking at some knife blogs on comments from owners and users of the Robert Parrish survival/combat knife such as the one I am auctioning here. They all had good things to say about this knife but to keep this short I will just post one of the comments. "I bought one of Parrish’s 8” combat survival knives while stationed at Fort Bragg in 1985. It came with a beautiful leather sheath. I used it in Recon school and later as a ranger in Denali NationalPark. I wrote Robert in 1990 and told him how his knife helped me survive for five days at the foot of Mount Mckinley. I still have that knife and it still cuts and saw like when I first bought it. Defintiely one of the best knives I have ever owned! " These knives don't surface that often anymore. So if your a collector or someone who just wants one of the best survival/combat knives ever made, this is your chance. Good Luck and !
