ITEM DESCRIPTION Beautiful hand-painted design, it measures 7 3/4" t x 4 1/2" w, there is NO lid. The colors are intact and bright some rub marks in the gold trim. No chips or cracks found, but there is one bubble under the finish as shown on the back side area, otherwise in nice condition, circa 1950's. Please view photos,as I take extremely close up photos and feel that they describe the item better than any description I can provide. Please enlarge them and use them as a part of the description and for size comparison. I do not polish or clean most of the vintage items I list as some prefer the patina and an untouched piece. Most all items I sell are vintage items and have been stored for many years in attics, garages and barns or they have been used and as such will have dust and odors associated with the age of the item. I will not ship out a filthy item but I also do not have them steam cleaned so please bear this in mind if you have allergies or concerns and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. Please do not bid if you are not planning to complete the sale. Most items I sell are used treasures from yesterday’s that have developed their own flaws and charm because they have been cherished, or were perhaps a loved possession; as such they will have some normal wear, anything in excess I will disclose. RETURNS Returns are cheerfully granted, but only when a mistake has been made in the listing and not for buyers remorse.
