I ROBOT by ISAAC ASIMOV FIRST EDITION!! Rare copy of Isaac Asimov's second book.Stated First Edition. Publisher: Gnome Press, 1950. 253 pages. Condition: Overall the book is in very good condition. Mylar cover has been glued to front and rear boards. Unclipped dustjacket shows original price of $2.50. There is tape running the length of the front board & first page. The front binding appears intact-not sure why it was taped. Last blank page of book has a section 1" x 2" missing along the bottom edge. Webbing along rear board is visible but binding is still intact. Corners of book are abraded. Small area on first blank page and last page is damp-stained. After the auction ends~ Shipping: Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped the next shipping day after your payment clears. Local bidders can save shipping by picking up their item at our thrift store in Rockville, Maryland to avoid shipping charges, but sales tax will apply in those cases.
