WE AT SATURN RECORDS HAVE LONG SPECIALIZED IN RARE AND OUT-OF-PRINT SOUNDTRACK LP's. Composer : Henry Mancini (score and one song)/ Rod McKuen, Bobby Troup (songs). Film Name : Rock, Pretty Baby . Label Information : Decca DL 8429 LP . Country Of Pressing : US . Jacket Condition : NEAR MINT w/Shrink Wrap and period store sticker on shrink wrap front . Disc Condition : NEAR MINT . Comments : Henry Mancini's first LP is this rock 'n' roll score for 'Rock Pretty Baby' (1956) , starring Sal Mineo. As LP's were not shrink wrapped until well after the brief time when this LP was in print, it is presumed that this copy was shrink wrapped when shipped to a point-of-sale (probably in the early 1960's) after spending at least a few years unwrapped and unsold as warehoused dead-stock. This LP is extremely unusual as here, with both jacket and disc in top grades . We are veteran mail order record dealers and we know how to grade records.
