SLANT TOP MAPLE DESK

This was purchased around the early 50's. It is a Sprague & Carleton Solid Rock Maple desk. Mfg. mark shows made in Keene New Hampshire.

Please look at the photos to see a small rub mark on the right side and also the knick on the lip of the slantface. Photos also show the 'solid' drawers and the pictures of the dovetail finish on them. I believe the legs are Queen Anne but PLEASE look closely at them because I am not a furniture guru. The back(no photo) has a chalk mark with numbers and the word " Salem", maybe the original freight area.

Overall dimensions: height, 39" -- width, 30 3/4" - depth, 16" (closed) 26 1/2 " open.

This desk has had very little use. It has been a decoration in the guest room since it was purchased, first in mother's house--now ours.

This will be listed as a pick-up item. However we will personally deliver it within a 50 mile area of Dallas Texas for a fee of

$ 75.00.
