Mystery Mountain AgateDescriptionA gorgeous slab of an increasingly scarce material from Nevada known as Mystery Mountain agate. Material has been mined off and on for several decades, but the vein has "pinched out" and there is no more for the forseeable future. Noted for its tight pattern and brilliant hot pink highlights, this agate is a keystone piece to any collection. Coming from relatively narrow veins, the material is seldom found in large slabs, but the finely detailed pattern produces premium finished pieces. Slab measures approx. 4" x 4" and 5.6 mm thick. Flaws are shown as white lines in the final picture frame. Not polished. Shown wet. Weight = 65 grams.Payment PayPal is my preferred method of payment.
