This brilliant late 1970’s Rolex bi-colour GMT Master is a great watch for those who like a touch of vintage along with the special appeal of the combination of gold and steel in the case and bracelet.Bi-colour Rolex are really attractive to those who want something a little more unusual than the more run of the mill stainless but for whom the solid gold is a step too far.Every part of this watch is genuine Rolex and in great original condition – the case edges are sharp and crisp and showing no significant dings or marks and the bezel and bezel insert are lovely.The dial and hands are showing some patina which confirms their originality and the period 7836 bracelet is also showing a few marks here and there although it has plenty of solid life in it.The original non-hacking Rolex 1570 automatic movement is running smoothly and keeping time and having been recently checked over it won’t need any attention for two to three years.Supplied in its Rolex box with original booklets, this makes a lovely daily wearer.As always, the watch is supplied with a 12 month warranty.
