**Upon examination under a Jewelers Loupe---our Master Watch maker says, this Pen is near Mint!

**HE says besides some obvious hand prints, a 2-3 tiny, tiny little scratches near the nib neck, it IS MINT!!!

(Our guess is that since the Pens were wrapped in cellophane wrapper to Protect the Logo, exposing the bottom of the nib, and about 1" of the barrel, that when he would open and shut his Cherry Wood Case- he must have had other Pens in the same case, thus catching the nibs everytime he shut this Huge Box!
