From the Golden Age of cameras is this beautiful Rolleiflex TLR MX-EVS by Franke & Heidecke with the outstanding Carl Zeiss Tessar 3.5 f=75 mm lens. This camera is in excellent condition with only nicks and scratches from normal use. This piece of photographic history is still perfectly functional with all shutter speeds operational and all the special features of this model in working order. The S/N1455430 places this camera in the 1954-56 production period. The shutter speeds have not been calibrated but all sound good and all function well. The lens is clear with no scratches, fungus, or blemishes (the main lens looks cloudy in the first photo but this just a reflection, the lens is perfectly clear and clean). The shutter blades all look clean with no visible oil or staining. The Rolleiflex viewfinder is really a work of engineering art: it has normal waist level viewing, a flip up magnifier for fine focusing, a fold down window for an eye level frame for quick viewing a subject, AND an eye level lens and mirror to view through the secondary lens like the waist level viewer.
