This is an original copy of Rolling Stone Magazine No. 50, January 21, 1970. This is the issue that reported on "The Rolling Stones Disaster at Altamont: Let It Bleed". It is in great shape for its age and is fully intact except the top third of page31/32 was cut out. Some yellowing and fraying and some rips. In addition to the in-depth cover story, t are numerous other great articles, ads and reviews. Jimi Hendrix on trial in Canada for drug charges, Random Notes, "Beatles Splitting? Maybe, Says John", Laura Nyro article, Dope Notes, an article by Timothy Leary, reviews of blues albums by Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, Elmore James, Albert King and Muddy Waters and a review of the "new" album by Credence Clearwater Revival, "Willy and the Poor Boys.
