Mark & Gloria INVOICING & AUTHENTICITY All winning bidders will be invoiced, please be sure to include a copy of the emailed invoice when paying. This will ensure prompt delivery. Transactions not completed within 15 days will be re-listed. In an effort to serve as many customers as possible, we will only answer one question per item per bidder. We do not bid on our own auctions and maintain strict honesty in our auction activities. Tfore, we do not provide images for individual bidders as it would be unfair to other bidders. If we find an image or description is inappropriate before bids have been received on the item, we will change the image and/or correct the description so that every bidder is on an equal footing. If we find a mistake after bids have been received, we will contact the bidders to make them aware of the problem and probably close the auction. We take pride in the accuracy of the descriptions that we provide to our Ebay customers. In those rare cases when we have information related to previous owners and/or w the item was found, we provide that as well. However, it is very unusual for us to be able to provide you with the location w the item was found for inexpensive items. We do not sell reproductions or fakes without a clear indication that the item is a copy and stand behind our material with a lifetime guarantee but if you need a certificate to prove it, our Certificates of Authenticity are available for $7.50. Time Machine authenticity certificates are a bit time consuming to produce because they include a graphic image & description of the item purchased along with authenticity information.
