200-400 AD, double tube kohl container (for eye shadow) fusing to a single mouth or opening, unusual form with beautiful silver green surface, applied loop handle, 6''H x 2''DIA, fine, as found condition with lucite stand. This is an aberrant form with two tubes leading to a shared opening. It may have been a deliberate experiment producing a rare form. From the Collection of Irving Bernstein, former Exec. Dir of the United Jewish Appeal.
