This auction is for a Romweber Viking Oak equestrian Horse Head Loveseat made in Batesville, Indiana. The finish is called Nordic and think it is from the 1940's inspired by Scandinavian folk furniture. It is about 50" long 32" deep and 34" tall. It has pegs down the side in the back and what I call butterflies on the side with a heart cutout near the bottom. The condition is used with some damage the leather seat cushions are split open. The sides are made by gluing up 2 pieces of lumber to get the thickness and t are several splits on one side or the other that need glued and clamped. It is very solid though. Please use the photos to judge condition for yourself. With some restoration this collectable equestrian Loveseat will give you years of service and most likely increase in value. They just don't make them like this today. All items are being sold as is with all sales final.GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!!
