txzj pxzj1313 txzj19 Schuster Glass Studios Dichroic Mountainscape Sp! This incredible paperweight is in the Dichroic Mountainscape series. My camera can't capture the beauty of, nor the 3 dimensional qualities of this piece. It actually glows in dimly lit areas. Beautiful dichroic colors shade the clear base, it is then highlighted with many placed bubbles. This sp is over 2 3/4" high, 3 1/4" wide, and weighs 1 lb., 4 oz. Signed SGS (Schuster Glass Studio) 2006 USA, with gold foil label on bottom reading Schuster Studios, Nashville, Indiana, and includes a small brochure about the artist. The Art Glass produced by Ron Schuster is made of the finest crystal and colored glass available. Ron has been creating stained glass windows for two decades and this knowledge is incorporated in these beautiful works of art. The Dichroic Sps & Sculptures have been coated with up to 50 micro-thin layers of exotic metals such as titanium and zirconium. These metals are applied during the advanced process involving high energy, intense heat and near total vacuum, resulting in an optical effect that produces various crisp and vibrant colors.
