I have never had the coins out of the original wrappers..Wrappers are marked Bank of California, Portland, Oregon..Wrappers are hand marked 1969-D..You are buying these the same as I did years ago--no guarantee of count or content..I have no idea what the interior coins look like..I am able to verify that one end coin is a 1969-D.. No Return Allowed ...
