This is a hand made beautiful metal alloy singing bowl.It comes with FREE WOODEN MALLET which produces high quality sound. It has classic finish with beautiful Buddhist mantra & Buddha in meditative poses raised & engraved.

For centuries, the pure vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls have been used for healing, meditation, making music and purification. The profound meaning is associated with the sound HUM, which permeates the space, according to Tibetan tradition. The sound of the singing bowl is like a HUM-- natural, harmonious and deep.

Singing bowls come in specific notes. Sound generated by these bowls have tones and overtones that can actually be felt in cellular level in our bodies. This is classic and unique looking with high quality sound. This bowl corresponds to "C" musical note which is believed to activate and balance " Root Chakra " in our body. This chakra is also known as a security center and is believed to be related to security, survival, relatationship with money job and home. This is also known as base chakra helping us with our body and identity as an individual.

How to Play?

To listen a beautiful sound rest the bowl on the palm of your hand or on a cushion, slowly circle the outer rim of the bowl with the mallet using steady pressure. You can also use the mallet as a gong and hit softly on the rim of a singing bowl to produce beautiful sound. Like anything else to master it, all it needs is PRATICE! PRACTICE!! PRACTICE!!!
