ROSALINDE by HAVILAND No Reserve! You are bidding on superb Old Estate Fine China in the ROSALINDE pattern by HAVILAND. This wonderful pattern has long been discontinued and is arguably the most collected Haviland pattern. I believe these pieces date to probably the 1920's/1930's. I purchased the china at the auction of a wealthy Southern Estate. The china was mostly likely part of an old wedding trouseau. I know you must be wondering why I am selling the Rosalinde with a $1 start and no reserve. I purchase several thousand pieces of china every year. Most of the pieces are bought at fine estate auctions or through very highend auction galleries. I purchased this very large service in order to get just two extremely rare serving pieces. I was able to sell those two pieces, pay for the entire service and bank a nice profit. But now what to do with the remaining service for eight with service pieces? You get the idea.
